Fun at Work	There was a time when we were kids in school, spending our day looking forward to recess. It was a time where we could throw of the rules of the classroom, run with wild abandon, laugh and talk with our friends, and basically have fun. It was a time that taught us the joy of taking a break and allowed us to socialize with others. Now that we are adults and have to work, there is no more recess. But why is that? Five Work Languages
It should come as no surprise to any of us that we are all motivated in different ways. Any parent with more than one child knows that they have to do things a little differently with each offspring to get the most from them. Every relationship we are in needs to be handled with slight adjustments in order to work. The same is true at work. A manager who only motivates with one style has no chance of reaching all of their employees. This is where the “Five Work Languages” comes in.
